Death Due to Improper Care
Proper diet and housing is crucial when caring for any animal. We strongly recommend researching the species of reptile you are thinking of purchasing BEFORE purchasing that species. Your reptile will not grow well or be healthy with the improper nutrition, temperature, humidity, handling, and overall care. Please do your research on how to care for this species before purchasing any reptile from us. We are not responsible for an animal dying due to negligence in care.
Gecko Tails
While it is rare, geckos can drop their tails. It is a natural occurrence, and for some species it has no effect on their overall health or ability to breed. Usually this will happen when they are stressed, such as when transporting or handling them, and can even happen for no apparent reason. We are not responsible for a tail drop, and you will not be given compensation if your gecko drops its tail during or after transport. If your gecko does drop its tail, please let us know, for some species extra care is needed such as food or vitamins. Always keep an eye on your gecko if it drops its tail until the wound heals. Reach out to us if you need any help.
